The 135 is an axle back... where as the 128i is 1 long piece of exhuast coming from the headers.
Also the diameter of the axle back is slightly larger (i think) on the 135i than the 128i. If i remember correctly its about 2.25" on 128i and 2.5" on the 135. You can check out my project I put did a whole custom exhuast 3" for me 128i and put a 135i muffler on the back If you are looking to just bolt on the 135i muffler onto your 128i its not going to happen. You will need to cut, either make flange or weld.
