Alarm Question
What button to press for the panic feature? Any other features of the alarm besides on/off?
Sorry for the stupid/simple question, but I couldn't find the answer from the advanced search. I didn't get anything from the dealer after the alarm install. Danny

I don't have an alarm yet on my E90 but on the E46 it is the trunk release button. Just hold on to it and it should go off.

Opening the trunk will result from a 1/2 second -1 second press of the trunk button on the key FOB. Anything longer(possibly 2 seconds or so) will activate the panic alarm. There is a little delay when pressing the trunk fob and the trunk actually opening. So if your a little anxious you can constantly set off the panic alarm. It takes getting use to.
