Sparkling Graphite Metallic...

One of the things I like most about SGM is the fact that it takes on completely different appearances and characteristics depending on the light condition (or lack thereof).

In the bright sun, the metallic chips really come to life and SGM almost takes on a purplish-hue. In overcast conditions, the lines of the car really pop, the purple disappears and the the car takes on more of a dark gray character. At night SGM takes on yet another look and can almost appear charcoal or even black.

For those familiar with SGM, what light condition do you think brings out the best in the color?

Bright. I think it looks kind of purple even in darker lighting. But in my opinion it looks best when the most light is available for it to be displayed

I love how it shines after its freshly cleaned, the Purple does come out more in overcast or less light.

I like it in bright sun. When it is freshly waxed it looks amazing under the AZ sun. I can find all kinds of interesting colors in the metallic flakes under the sun.

I like to view mine in cloudy/overcast...but beautiful in any lighting!

kk all agreed bright sun is always beautiful but i love it best if you get it on a clear night around other lights and it takes on the purplish the gray and alot of other colors to be beatiful, i love takin pics with my garage open with the light on but the car outside in the moonlight

Not sure I agree with that. I tend to see more purple-ish hues in sunny conditions and more gray/charcoal in overcast/dusk conditions.
