Extended Emissions Warranty for the HPFP?

Anybody receive a letter from BMWNA about them extending the emissions warranty due to the High Pressure Fuel pump?

10 years or 120,000 miles..

Been discussed many times before. Yes, it has been offered for over a year I do believe.

as of now, warranty is 10 years / 120K miles for '07, '08, and '09 -- just recently extended to the '09s. No extended warranty for 2010 model year cars...yet!

Yeah thats kind of funny because when the first 335 came out people were saying don't buy the first year production of a car because of all the problems, but its almost 4 years of production of these and the fuel pump is still an issue
