Anyone has experienced the same problem?

The car, got a new battery, not OEM

It worked fine for a day, and the next morning the alarm goes on, and the car is goes into safety mode, were you cant start it.

So I take it to the dealer, and they se the battery is totally discharged, and they charge it and reprogram the car, and it works again.

Next day, the story repeats totally the same.

Anyone has had this problem? what was the solution?

Sounds to me like the battery has a bad cell. Either it is discharging or you have an amperage draw somewhere in the vehicle.

Once, the battery in my 330xi failed (MY2006), with a total loss of charge, for reasons unknown. Since the problem happened during a holiday, and I feared all the dealers and such were off duty, I gave the battery a boost from an external battery. The car battery recovered and after some hesitation was OK (still is). In your case, since the battery is new and properly registered by the dealer, I would suggest to look if it is being charged. Bear in mind that any battery, OEM or not, has to be charged from the car generator to function. Your dealer should know, since he did the battery registration.
