JB3 2.0 dyno--gain 100whp pump gas no meth

Just did a couple of pulls on a dynapack dyno machine, the result was literally amazing!

See below map0 vs. map7 @4th gear:

Heres the log:

Map7 made 100.7hp and 13.7kg/m(99.46lb/ft) more than map0. Numbers are SAE adapted.

Temp: 60F
Humidity: 85%

Mods:
JB3 2.0 8/2 bata
DCI
UR DP’s
Helix IC
HKS plugs
RR charge pipe
Forge DVs
NST pulley
Wavetrac LSD
98RON (93RM/2)

I think I could get into 400whp if the fan was a bit larger and the engine was a bit cooler, but well I am still very satisfied with this result.

50003-M40XL, heat range 8 from hks-usa.com You need to modify a socket to install them. Looks like they are working good.

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=352860 for the HKS plug thread.

OP, nice number's! Over 100rwhp from stock!!

very nice numbers. not trying to be a downer here, but it looks like you were running dp's an IC and DCI's as well? so how is it that the jb3 alone added 100hp?

edit: nevermind, i just realized that running map 0 with those mods to map7 with those mods was the 100hp delta you are talking about.

so with just the JB3 what kind of rwhp are we looking at. Everything else being stock. Also is it safe to do? Any turbo or transmission issues with it handling the power?
