0-100 in the low 5s?!?! That's what the 135i does!

Doesn't sound like they are doing much to the suspension?

The thing about being in Aus is that there will be an allocation of about 50 a year or something and a very long waiting list!

Regarding all details found on the web, its all just speculation really until they release definite information and images...

Bring on Geneva! Hopefully much more will be revealed. This is the 1 we have been waiting for since learning of the series.

doesnt sound special to me. Sounds like if I add a JB3 and a better set of springs on top of what I have already done then I have an M1. 3300 pounds and around 5 sec 0-60. whats new? maybe it will look better. Whatever. Ill wait for the F20 M1 or buy lotus evora or porsche cayman.

I think we have got more up to date info here on the forum from scott . You'll be surprised just the lighter M3 suspensions and wider track means a lot to handling. We know for a fact that it should be 7-speed DCT, and it is a twin turbo N55 (either trick valving or sequential twinscoll?), and with the N55 lighter than the N54 with carbon pieces, and aluminium bonnet (CF optional), it has to weigh less than the current weight, with lower centre of gravity. On top, better brakes, better brake cooling, more usable aeros, and a real diff - it won't be a slow car at all. Rumoured 360hp = 268kw, I know it's not much compare to a JB3, but the sum is always more than the individual pieces.

6 speed dual clutch? What in the fuck? Isn't it supposed to have the 7 speed DCT? This magazine sounds dated haha

Anybody have info on these new "Honeywell" turbos? Sure would like some turbos that breathe better up the dial.

Google is your friend. You can easily use Google to convert any units. Just type xxx kw to hp. It comes out as 350hp.

No, the "M" diff is a real LSD that uses electronics to lock the clutch pack. The 135i just uses electronics to apply the brakes to the spinning wheel while using an Open Diff. - VERY different.
