In the 6th picture down, what is that linkage that appears to he visible just under the steering wheel. Looks like it's connected to some kind of handle just to the bottom right of the steering wheel???

I hope to be joining the M3 ownership club myself later in the spring.
Yours is an edition model is it not? How does the spec differ from a regular M3? is it just cosmetic bits or are there suspension changes etc?
I'm waiting for confirmed 'competition pack' details before I press the button...
