325i e90 sport springs

Hello, i hava a 325i e90, 2006 , it's eibach prokit ok for my car? it will lowering a 3cm the front as they say? i have 130.000km on my car, will the suspension still resist with this eibach springs? because i don't wanna change the suspension too, and it this more confortable than an H&R? i use my car every day , not just in wekend, and i have OEM alloy rims 17" .thank you, waiting for opinions ...!

Either setup will work for you for a daily driver. Eibachs are a bit softer than the H&Rs but I prefer the stance on the H&R Sports and performance.
