hi guys, does anyone know how to do the HID mod on the E92 front fog lights?

I got Soni to help my out a while ago, yet recently one of them is malfunctioning for no reason y... Since Soni is unavaliable at the moment... Im just wondering if theres someone else could help me out by changing the bulbs?

also, is it possible for me to borrow the jacks and some tools to switch my winter tires to the summer set from someone?
