Bandimere, 4/10/10 pics, info, vids GO HERE
Everyone, it was so much fun meeting you all today (whom I hadnt met before) and good to see the others again. I had a blast!! It was a fun time that I hope we can do again at some point this summer.
My pics didnt turn out at all (dead battery on camera) so I am not even going to bother posting them, but for those of you who did, post some pics, post them here, along with the videos (Elisabeth, just dont post the one of me wheel hopping 50 ft ) Not sure about anyone else but my face is on FIRE right now, I think I look like this ----> Note to self...suntan lotion. |

I had an AWESOME time!!!! Thanks so much to you all for helping to further my education You are were as knowledgable and helpful in person as on this forum. I can't thank you enough
So, I got some good vid of just about everyone in attendance. I also was learning about how to video anything, so some of them might not be exactly professional quality, but I did my best! So, I need to ID each car I took vid of and I can't see faces in the footage. If you want me to post the vid, let me know the color of your car and your wheel type, and if I can attach your E90Post handle to the file. If you don't want to be ID'd, that is fine. I won't post your runs. Just let me know! and David...yep...I am a LITERAL "red neck" now. I had 70 SPF on when I arrived, but didn't think that I would need to put my hair up due to wind, so I never applied it to the back of my neck. 6 hours of sun + no sun block on neck = Romeo November Elizabeth. |

Great meeting new folks today. Good looking set of cars, too. I wish I had my bumper cam running as we pulled away from the gas station; seven E90/E92 all in a line. Of course, that ended at the traffic light with me getting parked for two and a half minutes. I really must locate that damned sensor!
I was only there for about five hours and my face is, shall I say it, pink, along with my neck and forearms. Next time it's SPF-5000 for me; I think they call that a balaclava. Also, remember earplugs.

Please upload the video of my run(s) - Gray 335I, ALL stock
It was very good to meet you all. My wife is already bugging me about going back there and let her race again. Here are some crappy pictures we took: |

Great time today everyone. Always fun hanging out.
Alfred, nice pictures! As for my white ass skin, no burn for me. I put sunscreen on before heading out this morning |

Dackz - ha! I am not sure I actually documented your 60 foot wheel hopping...and if I did, I was too ignorant to realize that was out of the norm. Ha! I will be sure you get to approve anything I post. Good luck with that burn. I literally feel your pain!
Alfred - those are GREAT pics. jt is currently working on the upload of the pics/vid I took today (he is the techie of this twosome). I thought your wife was one BAD ASS girl! It is intimidating to be a woman in this male dominated bimmer and racing world, but she has NO FEAR. She is going to be my inspiration for getting my guts up to do a little racing myself next time around I am pretty sure I have vid of 2 of her runs...they will be posted ASAP. E92_Sid - yeah...you did know red is my FAVE color, right? And here I thought all bimmer enthusiasts were chained to blue and white. Silly me! Glad your car appears to be on the mend. It is too fine a specimen to be holed up in a shop for those kinds of extensive repairs... |

Love the pics! A lot of the vids weren't too great but I'll work on getting those posted, along with stills of us at the start line.

Alfred - I think that is a PERFECT handle for your wife. she is. BAD ASS, that is I think she wanted to do more racing than you, even
nother suggestion "badass335luvah"...or just PLAIN "bad_ass" I am in marketing and sales, so I could come up with a billion fitting handles. MAKE HER SIGN UP!!!! It would be nice to have a lady around these parts. I can't count myself, because I have never been accused of being a "lady" Tell E that E says hi! |
