I see you have the removable trailer coupling. How does it works? Is it manual of automatic and is it easy to use? Can you make a picture of it?

OT, it seems that the new E90 diesel models have the DPF as standard here.
At least that's what the September pricelist says.

Okay, this is a totally off-the-wall question, but here it goes. Typically, when people take pics of their clean Sapphire Black car you can see the reflection of everything including the person taking the pic. In the 4th pic, of the back, you can see the reflection of everything, except for you. How did you do that? Did you digitally change the pic? Just wondering...i know, it's a little off topic.

First, thanks for all your Congratulations. I like them, I love you :-)

Now to your Questions:

1. Removable trailer coupling. How does it works? Is it manual of automatic and is it easy to use? Can you make a picture of it?

It's very very easy to use. First, stop the engine. Second, open the trunk cover. Third, push a button in the trunk. Then, the Trailercoupling goes out automatically. After this you must engage the Trailercoupling and thats it .
Photos are coming soon

2. Price of the Particel Filter. 580 €, but at September 2005 it will be Standard. The Price of the Car will be 580 € higher.

Our Car costs nearly 50000€

3. @ bimmer4me, Respect that you have seen this Yes i've digitally changed the Pics. The Camera is a Canon Powershot G3 and the Paint Program is Adobe Photoshop CS

4. did you test the Hifi-System Professional Logic7 already?
Yes my Father is a great Music fan and he likes to hear good music. But he is not totally satisfied from the Logic7. We think that our Bose System from our Audi A6 is a half cheaper and sounds better.

The Bass is good, but i have looked at the Front Seats and there are no Subwoofers.

To the Driving Behaviour. The Car is very sportily. Our 8 Year old Audi A6 quattro has not so much street contact like the BMW. The Motor has an incredible Accelaration for 163 HP. The Car needs only 8,5 Sec. from 0 to 100 km/h. I think this is very good for an 2L Diesel. We've driven Audi A4 and Mercedes Benz C-Class and both Cars were not so good like the 3-series. My Father has driven all three and after he had driven the BMW, he was totally convinced.

After 2000 kilometers our result.

Pro's:

- The Engine is very good, u think u have more HP as 163.
- The Engine is not loud, but he sounds like a Diesel.
- The Consumption is 6 Liters/100 Kilometers (very good, Autobahn + City)
- The Car runs easily at 220 km/h (thats not all, but my father preserves the engine)
- I-Drive is very good
- Suspension is very good
- Seats are comfortable

Con's:

- The Particel Filter caused a Problem with the "Gasannahme". This means, u have problems with the accelaration. For example, you give full power, but the engine produces only 30% for a second or two. This Problem isn't fixed by BMW and many (all) 320D with Particle Filter in Germany have this problem.
- The Run-Flat Tires are very hard.
- The Selection of the Materials in the interior is not good enough for a 50000€ / 60000$ car.
- Problems with trace grooves

Conclusion:

We love this car very much, it is so beautiful, very fast and consumes only 6 Liters. It runs like a Train on the Streets Every people in our neighbourhood says that it is a very beautiful car We would buy it again!

Sorry for my bad english!

That's a one impressive photochop job, proXimaus!!

EDIT: However, now that I look more closely, you didn't take yourself out of the double reflection on the trunk. Your modification on the bumper is great! Looks like you were wearing a red short sleeve shirt when taking the pics. (I need to get a life! )

I-Drive in Action. On the left side you have the Menue for Radio/CD. On the right side there is a small Map, this map is fantastic, everytime you could see where you are and which streets are available.
