hi, my hpfp and fuel injectors have gone out twice before and has been fixed by bmw service department both times.... im pretty sure it went out again if i take it to get serviced and its the same problem for the 3rd time is my car a lemon?

If your HPFP itself has been replaced twice already, with this being your third upcoming replacement, you have a solid lemon.

Not necessarily. I think it also has to do with mileage and some other criteria. I'd recommend researching the lemon law for your state first before jumping to conclusions...

well ill be puttin it into service probably early next week, but its the same problem for the third time.... when i give it a lot of gas i go limp and i have to restart engine...after i reach limp a number of times service engine goes on... the past two times its been my HPFP and fuel injectors i have no doubt that itll be the same problem.... i think my procede v2 might be helping to trigger it but the first time it happened my car was stock... and the 2nd time(w/ chip installed) the chip didnt throw up codes because i didnt use a code clearing tool after the uninstall and BMW didnt say anything bout the chip.... either way chip will be out friday and ill give an update next week

EDIT: talked to BMW today checked my service records 1st incident only fuel injectors were replaced, 2nd incident hpfp and fuel injectors, 3rd incident yet to see.... seein a lawyer today regardless

Wait a minute, how do you know your mods are not causing the problems? Its not a lemon if its your fault.
