Coming back to LA This weekend.
Had such a good time when I was laid-over at LAX several weeks ago, I'm coming back to visit a female friend of mine who lives there. Whats going on in area? I'm going to universal studios on saturday and will probably do the easy stuff like hit the theatre eat and relax friday night. I will be driving my car so I'll be heading home on sunday. Any tips, ideas or events? I'm thinking about making the trip back for bimmerfest also.

More of a friend than anything but there is always that possibility. Just wanted to get back into the area. The only crappy thing is I think she just lost her ID. She is 28 but that puts a huge hamper on a lot of my activities.

Somewhat true -- but only for the semester people. It's just the typical day per usual for the quarter system students.

LACMA is free this weekend using your Bank of America card. BofA ATM, Debit, or Credit Card will get you free general admission the 1st full weekend of the month. You can check out the Broad Contemporary art building for some newer stuff. Tons of places to eat near by such as The Grove, 3rd St. Farmer's Market for Loteria (mex) and such, Animal, Golden State(GOOD BURGERS!). Or you can hit Hollywood, Melrose, or Beverly Hills near by.

Thanks guys! I'm on my way home soon. Appreciate the responses. Might be back for bimmerfest if I can get some more solid information.
