Good SA at New Century in Socal?

Hey guys anyone have any recs for a good SA at new century bmw?

And also...this is my first car...I've never had to take it in before so I'm not sure how the whole process works. Do you just call them and ask to speak to a certain SA and then talk directly with them/make an appointment with him?

Any help would be awesome.

I've had about 4 SA at New Century with Donna being my latest.

She's probably one of the better ones there. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Oh and since it’s your first time taking your car in all you have to do is drive it into the service lanes (either one of the 2). New Century’s pretty good about having people outside to help you and take your keys and check your service information. Then they’ll have you wait in the lobby for your SA to come and get you to go over the reason for your visit and any additional services your car might need. Then, they’ll inspect your car with you for damage so they don’t get blamed for it. And that pretty much it. Whole process takes around 30 min if they’re not super busy.

Hmmm that sounds pretty easy
Do you know how Donna is regarding slight mods? I just have HID angel eyes. Nothing to do with the engine.

She won't care. Unless your going in because you have headlight problems. If anything just make sure your lights are turned off. haha

Did you buy the car from them?

Just wondering since they gave you a loaner...

Technically they gave him a rental (i believe they work with Hertz, or maybe it was Enterprise). A loaner car from the dealership is a BMW.

You can still request a rental and they will provide you with one from Hertz even if you didnt buy the car from them, but you wont get a BMW loaner car unless you purchased from their dealership (or so they say).

Sidney is awesome. I tried 3 different SA's for my brake squeaking issue and he was the one who finally stepped up and got my brakes replaced.

Just got my car back, they just reprogrammed it or something.

I bought my car from them but I also made the appointment the day before...I suppose they didn't have time to get a bmw loaner? How does that work usually? Should I call up my SA and tell them I want a bmw the next time I schedule an appointment?

Sidney or Sal Rubino!!! Both are awesome to work with. I've worked with Sal the last two times and it was great service. Everything I requested was done, and I was 400 miles from my 50k warranty expiration.

Also, I was given a BMW loaner unless they were all out of them... AND... I didn't buy my car there! Some dealerships will do that only if you bought the car from them (i.e. Bob Smith).
