Hey everyone,

I've been lurking here for a while and putting things in motion to get a 335. Currently have an SRT-4 (which I'll be selling) with a lot of mods (355whp/380wtq corrected) and wanted something more refined and with AWD to put the power down.

I'm picking up a 335xi in Salt Lake, driving it back this Saturday, a nice 8 hour drive to get familiar with it.
2007 335xi Sedan 6AT 43K miles
Sparkling Graphite/Terra Black
Premium, Cold, and Sport Pkgs w/18" wheels and the oil cooler
It was tough finding a used one with the sport package and the oil cooler.

Already picked up a used set of wheels/snow tires and ordered the Procede, meth, intake combo. May do downpipes and an intercooler in the future.

Anyone know if catless downpipes with stock secondary cats will pass emissions? I live in Highlands Ranch, currently switch exhaust systems every 2 years, but it would be nice to avoid that since it sounds like downpipes are a pain to install.

Looking forward to meeting people and learning more about these cars.

What's going on Matt. Welcome to the forum. You should consider meeting up with us at Bandimere on the 12th (next Wednesday). You can get a chance to chat with us and talk about mods, etc.

As for DP's don't look any further and PM or call up Andrew at AR Designs. Best DP's made for our cars and you can't go wrong. There are some price differences but you get what you pay for and his are 100% excellent. Andrew is in Littleton so not terribly far from the Ranch.

Thanks for the info, can't make it to Bandi next week, should be able to go another time though. I'll keep AR in mind if/when I do downpipes, need to research the emissions further.
