Ohio Meet/Greet/Drive on Memorial Wknd.
Any Ohio 1ers interested in a get together on Memorial Day weekend?
I am thinking about heading down the Hocking Hills area and on to the twistys of SE Ohio. If any interest please reply here I will put together some logistics and route info. Thanks, John |

i might have an interest in doing something like this and could likely muster up a couple other 1-er's. I have a 135i and know of at least two other 135's and a 128. I"ll talk to them and see what's going on. There is a meet (Timmayfest) going on that weekend in Columbus that I plan on going to, will you be there? Maybe we can talk about a route.
I did a drive like this with 4 other cars last month and we did route 555 in SE OH and it was a blast. I wouldnt mind doing it again.... |

Yes, any of these routes would be great. RT78 from Glouster to McConnellsville is excellent and we can pick up 555 along the way.
I am not familiar with Timmayfest but perhaps we could have the events in conjunction. Looking forward to it! |

One possible route - many different options!
Here is a route I have done before. It can be ammended/shortend as the group sees fit.
The starting point was in Laurelville - just outside Hocking Hills. 56 to Big Pine Road Big Pine Road to 664 664 to 678E 678 to 93 North 93 to 216S 216 to 78E 78 to 555N 555 to 669S 669 to 78W 78 to 555S 555S to 377N 377 to 78 E to McConnelsville Lunch Stop 60 N to 376S 376 to 266 266 to 60S 60 to 83N 83 to 78E 78 to 800S 800 to 26S to Marietta - Rest Stop and decision on ride home |
