Hi Everyone!
Hello all members! I have been lurking on here for a while and finally decided to join! I have seen a lot of great, useful information posted on here and hope to become part of the community!
A bit about myself: My name is Allen. I am from Ann Arbor, got bored of it so I chose to go to MSU for my undergrad. I am now a Junior there with a premed major (hence the username). I was extremely lucky to get such an awesome car, it was an overly generous gift from my grandfather . I baby it like no other with frequent washes, interior cleans, try to avoid driving it in bad weather, slow down over major bumps, etc. In the past, I have had: 1997 Lincoln Continental: High school car, drove it like a sports car, learned many valuable lessons, would never drive like such a moron again, the car still sits in front of the house. 1995 BMW E34 530i: Got this last about 2 yrs ago, it was the car I learned stick on. Was tricky, I really sucked at first but then things clicked. I really loved this car, drove so much better than the old Lincoln and RWD in snow = too much fun Car had a throttle issue (where it just wouldn't respond sometimes), and my parents deemed it unsafe....so 2007 BMW E90 328i: The current car I have, again I am extremely grateful I get to drive such an awesome car everyday! I was hooked onto manual after the E34, so this one had to be a 6 speed. I drove an auto E90 a while back and was amazed at how good it was! I ended up seeing a TiAg E90 CPO at the local dealer and jumped on it. In the end I got an awesome car for a bit more than a top end Civic! To stop boring you guys, here are some pics! |

Thanks for the kind welcome guys! This is the best car I have ever driven (other than a 997 911 Turbo around a parking lot). I am planning some mods after I finish my summer job such as BMW performance suspension and 18in Style 313s.

Thanks for the kind comments! Yes it is day and night difference between this and the old boat, I didn't really understand the hype with BMW and sport sedans till I got in the E34, the E90 is even better (and this is coming from a huge car enthusiast). Now I see why every single car magazine/show has named the 3 series one of the best, if not THE best driver's cars of all time! The 6MT makes it that much better too (took me a while to get used to it, its way different than the one on the E34). 6MT was the only requirement at the time, I kinda wish I had sports package, but I am planning on some performance suspension setup soon anyways.
Oh yea I forgot to say all the options. I have heated seats and power seats (floormats if you count that). It's simple, but suits my needs just great! Am loving every second once I hit that start button |
