mine was down, now it's back up. some of my friends are still down. i think it's a rolling thing.

I was told that when u can't make call with ur iphone, turn off the 3G and u will be able to call again... even tho that's BS to me, but it worked...

It switches you from the lame 3G network AT&T has to their better EDGE network. iphones will get better reception with the EDGE network then 3G most of the time.
