Vegas 335 owners interested in a 3" turbo back exhaust?

I will have my shop here in town do me up a 3" turbo back exhaust, full custom Burns stainless exhaust, which is also much lighter then the stock, the mufflers weigh 2lbs a piece!!! They will also utilize the stock cats!! i want to know if anyone else is interested the price will be approximately $2k, which i know seems like a lot but it will be a SERIOUS exhaust. CPE is selling their catback for $1700, and Miltek i believe is $1500, and Shiv's is approximately $1300-1400, but they are all 2.5'' and only catback. If we all want to get them we will get a break on the price, so let me know if any of you are interested. If you are doing an Xede with this exhuast i would expect even higher numbers then what we already see and w a 100oct map, can you say 400whp???? let me know guys thx

Sounds like a good idea, but I have a 335i SEDAN coming in; how will that change things?

probably won't effect the price that much if any just a little longer, an extra couple of feet in straight pipe, if you are local that won't be a problem

Hey, I also thought the Vishnu exhaust will be turbo back; am I mistaken?

This might warrant a trip to LV!

quick question...isn't the cat attached to the turbo?....isn't a cat-back a "full" exhaust system?.....turbo back usually includes replacing the cat with a high flow racing cat....

the pipe that comes out of the turbo goes into the cats but they can still be utilized, they are about 3.5-4" in diameter, i bet you they flow just as good as aftermarket stuff, thats why i will use them

im confused? how are you going to incorporate the factory cats? doesnt a turbo back consist of replacing the down pipe, cat, and exhaust to something more free flowing? what does your turbo back consist of?

yes all of that but instead of replacing the cats we can use the existing ones w some modification, i believe that the stock cats will flow just as well as any aftermarket cat. we are just planning on opening them up a little to 3'', does that make sense? let me know i'll try and explain it better

Any update on this? I'm interested to know how the downpipes were connected. What is the diameter of the turbo outlet? Does anyone have a photo from around headers. Is there any space for upgrading the turbos/headers?
