Best Touchless Carwash in Nyc/li

The temperature is falling and I would like to go to a touchless car wash.

I found 5. I would like to know if any of you use these places and if so what are the prices, wait times & do they buff out minor scratches well.

i think the one in new hyde park is the best. They really care about your car. And they have alot of eye candy there. Alot of other exotics. They cost about $20( for the cheapest car wash ) - $250 for a full detail.

Yes, they don't put your car on a pulley. They wash it the same way you would at your home.

If it's 20 degrees outside that's the last thing I want to do. I might have to check out the one on flatlands & 87th.

I had been going to Park Place for a few months...but got tired of the long wait. And while they did a decent job washing the car..they really did a crappy job waxing it. Always wax in the cracks and the wax they were using was very cheap and would only last a week or two.

I recently started going to a new guy in Whitestone.
Big "A" Auto Detailing
718-445-9995
These guy are a small detail shop. They share the garage with "Dent Doctor" on the whitestone expressway service road just off 14th ave.

When they wash or wax your car it is done with love.
I highly reco them same prices as park place
$20 Hand Wash
$40 Wash and Wax

The only problem is for the most part they work by appointment only.

They do one car at a time..but believe me fellas it is well worth it.

The problem is that by definition a touchless car wash is basically a garage that you pull into and there is a machine that shoots high pressure water on the car to clean it. The machine rotates around the car....

And yes by that definition and my experience a touchless car wash does suck...

I could be wrong but I think when we say touchless in this thread we are all referring to Hand Wash..Which is the best.

you make a very good point, but im sure all the posters understood that the OP meant a hand car wash.

And while on the topic of touch free washes are there any around here? While i was in Buffalo they had them all over the place. I have yet to see one in Queens. Id like a place i can go to just hose down the car for a few bucks. Having my car covered in salt really bothers me but i cant justify a wash when i know it is going to snow/rain the next day.

Well it doesn't seem like NYC3r understood...I can't imagine how you could think the 6dollar machine wash is better than a handwash
