VB3 wheel offset options on E90

Looking at getting VB3's as another set of wheels for my car. E90 335.
I just had some new suspension (Ohlins Road & Track) thrown in and had to make some adjustments on the car. Currently running 19" Breyton Vision's

Front: 19" 19x9 ET38 with 245/35/19 Michelin PS2 A/S Plus. Had to run a 10mm spacer to clear the struts!

Rear: 19" 19x10 ET42 with 275/30/19 Michelin PS2 A/S Plus. Running a 5mm spacer to make more agressive. Could run a 10mm and still be ok.

The big question....
Looking at VB3 hypersilver
Fr: 19" 19x8.5 ET20 on my same tires
Rear: 19" 19x10 ET33 on my same tires

Thoughts? opinions? and sponsors, prices shipped to 98281?

with those offsets your wheels will be quite sunken. you must remember a 40 is a higher offset than these cars come with from the factory. im pretty sure they wont clear the struts that high

my car runs 19x10 out back with an et15 and a 19x9.5 up front et23. it rubs on big dips but it doesnt bother me.

im running stretched tires which most people are afraid of so i wouldnt advise running my offsets. if i were you id run a 25 and a 33 up front and you shouldnt have any issues. my car doesnt have any rubbing whatsoever at those offsets tucking all four tires

I don't think that either of ET20 or ET40 is really ideal for the front of the E90.

I don't think I have seen ET20 without super streched tyres. Search for some pics of ET25 fronts and you will see that its already super agressive and might cause problems with with 245 tires. I think ET32 is a nice offset on the front with 235 tires (Whats on my car). With 245 tires, ET35 could be a safer choice. Maybe its worth looking at another brand that offers 19x8.5" ET35 fitment, because I wouldn't be so keen about putting spacers on the front.
