problem - check engine codes

I'm constantly getting this check engine light, when I check for codes
its P114B and P2196 , I have bms pbx installed and this started about
month after installig pbx
I found that codes description:
P114B Post Catalyst Fuel Trim Via Oxygen Sensor System Too Lean (Bank 1)
P2196 O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Rich (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

when I clear codes, its ok for few days and then again?
What could cause this? K&N drop in, pbx? but it's not even turned on now still I get this?
maybe the oxygen senzor is bad? loose conection or something?

The car is 330i e90

Looks like you mixed up or misinstalled the blue/orange wires on the small black subconnector. Take some photos of it and email them to BMS for help.

Your K&N filter might have ruined your MAF. They come over-oiled from the factory. If you didn't dry it off enough the oil gets all over the MAF. A bad MAF could definitly throw those codes. Or it could be the O2 sensors, but it seems a bit early to have those go bad.
