Newie SoCal Tire question

Did a search and didn't see a recent answer for this...

I just go to Orange County and after about a month, I got the "low tire pressure" warning and light in the front driver tire.

I tested the pressure and was at 20. I filled it at a gas station and the light went off for 2 weeks. It's back on today.

These are OEM tires.

My questions are...

Do I have to replace the tire? I don't think you can patch these runflats. Do I have to replace both front tires?

Anyone got any recs to get replacement tires besides the dealer? I'm sure they'd rape me on the price.

I'm willing to drive around for the best price.

Thanks to any and all who reply.

Hmm...ok...how about cheap(er) recs for tires?

Is tirerack a good spot to get tires or is there a good place in SoCal?
