Picked up my 335i on Friday....

and today it already got the HPFP problem...it's an 2007 with about 40,000 miles on it...i'm upset, any suggestions...?

Take it to the dealer. Nothing more you can do. It's covered under warranty.

Take it back to the dealer and enjoy your 328 loaner....

I always make sure I bump up a trip or something when I've got a free loaner to put the miles on.

yeah, it's the certified pre-owned...but i just want to play with my new toy...couldn't believe my luck.

If its a 2007 its probably got the first generation pump, too. Software update should be a good hold-over for you, if the entire pump doesn't need replacing. Since it is a CPO, have you checked the maintenance history to see if it has been replaced before?
