My cousin has a M5. He's too busy flying around all over the place to even think about a forum. C'mon guys, for what a 5 costs, a person has to work pretty hard to pay for it. Ditto for a 3 but we've all seen the "17 and bought my own 335i with my real estate profits" posts....

This is very true. I've always thought a 5 series was too mature for me, even though I love them.

I'd definitely consider an F10 as my next DD. I've always liked the E60, but never enough to buy one over the E9x (simply because I don't need the extra room). F10 looks awesome and the interior is fantastic.

I guess stock market or real estate seems a plausible way to make quick money. Not while you're still in high school though.

That's why Internet is full of shit. Anyone can be anybody. Real estate jackpot or stock market quick gains in this economy? Anyone who knows a thing about stock market or real estate knows it is not a place for kids to play with. Chance of a teenager (unless born with exotic DNA) making big bucks in stock market to buy a 3/5 series BMW is probably just as bad as winning a lottery. Even more difficult question is, how the hell did they gain enough asset with high liquidity @ age of 17 to invest in the market in the first place? It is most likely that those kids get "paychecks" (*cough*monthly allowance*cough*) from their generous parents. I'm not against about that fact though. Nothing wrong with rich parents giving things for free to someone they love. Its when those brainless kids lie about investing in stock markets or driving drunk and running people over with their M5s that pisses me off. back2topic, there are pros and cons. More agility and fun with 3 series. More luxury, space, and refined v8 power delivery with 5 series.

actually i got my e60 for cheaper, longer warranty, and no HPFP failures. yeah, different beast that V8 is. They were both CPO'd cars that i had. that was the only way i could have afforded them.
