I had my rear bumper repainted there about a month ago. The result seemed high quality and professional, but I feel they could have done a better job with the color matching. My car is Sparkling Graphite and the bumper came out a shade darker. It's barely noticeable and maybe the color difference is due to the fact the car is 4 years old or the bumper cover is plastic, but I still kind of notice it.

They also removed about 4 small dents from my doors using Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) and that came out excellent. Doors look brand new now.

I bought my car at Passport a couple of months ago and they had some pre-delivery clean up done. I'm not exactly sure who they use but it looks great. I would definitely consider going to the shop they use. Not sure who you'd contact at Passport but they I'm sure they'd point you in the right direction.

Good luck...

When I bought my first e90 the door had a chip in it when I took delivery (I also bought the car at BMW of Fairfax). They did a good job repairing it, and I was certainly pleased.

Last year I went to Wagonworks in Alexandria to get my bumper replaced. Someone mentioned a couple of weeks ago that maybe they had been sold, but I'd check them out if I were you. Very happy with the quality overall.

I now realize that there are couple other shops called precision collision. http://www.pcirepair.com/ is the one I am talking about. They even have dealer like bay where you pickup the car inside.
