Here's a custom setup that looks similar to the one you're looking at. He would be the guy to ask.

The problem with the E90 is there is little room in the rear end for mods such as this. If you crawl under the back end you will see why. The trunk box is huge. I went with a 335 trunk box to give myself more room to play with. Also on the passenger side you will see the battery box is in the way potentially as well as a filter assembly for the fuel system. I am in the process of this very mod so I am figuring this all out as I go.

For that setup, I think you should have enough space to clear without getting the 335 box.

The remus quad and the eisenmann quad doesn't need a new cargo box, only some cutting of the cover panel if I remember correctly

dude that looks like it might fit, it will run right behind the bumper so no need t switch trunk boxes. But the tips might not work correctly in your bumper cuts

Just ask him. I'm sure he'd help you out if he wants to sell it. I did an M3 conversion on my 328i, and the only thing Long did was take out the plastic things, and run across the side of the back. I think it looks fine. I'm even using BMW performance exhaust, although it is kind of a stretch. I wish I can show you pics of mine from the bottom so you can have a better understanding, but cant do it anytime soon.. =(
