Thinking of pulling the trigger on this 08 335i Coupe...wanted to see what the experts think??

if its 36k asking price then it's a decent starting point for negotiation...go for it if you bring it down to 32-33 like Alpine3 said...good luck

I was about to buy 2008 335i fully loaded at about 32000 so go for lower price.

Nice car, but it does seem a little high like other people have said. Try to get it down and then consider getting it. If not, don't bother. The slow startup issues might be the HPFP which is covered by a warranty itself to 120k miles so that shouldn't really be too bad of an issue.

Dynamic cruise is not an option - it's standard on all 335s. This is different from Active cruise which is a very expensive option but this car doesn't have it. If the car was in better condition I'd say the price was decent (and you guys who are saying it's high - stop driving down the value of our cars!!!!). That said, the paint doesn't look bad in the pictures but then again in pics like that you can't see all the swirls anyhow. Given they way the interior looks (scratched nav screen lens, very dusty vents, dirty center console in the back, dust in the corners of the back seats, etc.) I'd be most concerned about how well the car was really taken care of. I'd guess that the owner did a quick cleanup for the sale and I'd be willing to bet that black paint is loaded with swirls. The mileage is pretty low though so that's good...

My car is set up exactly as yours, I paid $37K. 18K miles, flawless inside and out. It's a CPO, which will drive the price up. It depends on the location, where you purchase your car. The local market helps dictate the selling prices. So it may be difficult to base your decision on people who purchased in North Dakota vs. Palm Springs.
