difference on 328i and 335 07+

hey guys, just had a quick question whether there is a difference between the outer look on the 328i and 335 other than the badge and exhaust and wheels let's say you put 335 wheels on a 328i will it look alike from the side? i don't know why but i'm hard headed on the outer look of both the cars i have a 328i 07 coupe thanks guys (: just wanted to ask for opinions and wanted to ask if it looks the same on the outer look other than exhaust and wheels (:

From the side if you place stock 335i wheels on your 328i E92 it will look like a 335i.

I no you question is about the side but from the front you will notice there is no intercooler

It is sort of a shame how so many people do not notice all the differences, even some owners. And then happily tell others on the forum the same

Chrome Kidneys and Chrome Trim just scream for attention on the 335i.

I think the little splitter trim pieces between the fog lights are a different color, too.

Right. Which is why there is no bang for the buck in making the car look like a different model. If no one notices the differences, then it's cheaper to just tell someone you have a debadged 335 and call it a day (assuming that means something to the listener, which it likely doesn't).

Of course, those of us who do think the car is a 335 (when it's really a 328), will just wonder why the car seems so slow as we're looking at the car in the rear-view mirror.

THis thread is fucking gay. I hate this bs. You bought a 328 live with it.

Back when I had my GT500 everybody was trying to make theirs look one model up... It was so pointless.

V6's were doing duals, GT body kit, and debadge. GT's were putting on fake hood scopes, and GT500 wheels and body... yuck.
