Agreed, wait right there and get her information. Hopefully a quick PDR will be all you need. If she needs more proof it was her, open her door. If it lines up perfectly with the crease, there's no doubt.

Darn, if you think PDR can fix it, probably just leave. I have had two fixed successfully.

I have also confronted people on 3 occasions. On two, the people acted like they didn't know and apologized, and said there wasn't any damage (it was my other car so there's no way to know, but I was in the car when I heard a thud). On the other occasion a woman made a scene, told me to go back to my own country and get an education. The odd thing was she was the minority, so there was some other factor. I feel as if there really is nothing you can do if someone denies it.

p.s. our fenders are plastic, can they be pdr'd? doubtful, right?

Why is every BMW getting wrecked/damaged in Houston? I'm gonna drive my beater around for a while now because I'm paranoid.

Also, don't ding her door. Bust her windshield, or at the very least, do something to the tires. Those things require an immediate fix. since she didn't care about your car with her door, chances are that she won't even care for her own car or even notice.

Unless I really had somewhere to be, I'd sit there all day if necessary. Especially for a Prius driver. Someone has to keep those tree-hugging, car-hating greenies in line.
