FS: JB3 1.3 PNP and aFE DCI - SOLD
SOLD SOLD!! Hey there! I'm selling my JB3 1.3 PNP and aFE DCI that used to be on my E92 335i as I sold it last week :-(, sad sad times! Anyways, these have been in my car since Oct 09 and they are like new. I know that there are numerous bimmerheads reviews on these items, but having lived with them in my car for approximately 6,000 miles, and then taking them off, I'm providing you here my impression of each: 1. the aFE dual cone intake gave my car a real sweet 'swooosh' sound every time I stepped on it. Couldn't prove that it gave my car more power, but the sound most definitely improved upon open throttle! In my opinion, the aFE DCI is the sound companion of what a chip does to your N54 engine. Everyone who heard my car (from inside or outside) thought that the sound came from the turbos spooling. Evidently, I let them believe that... 2. the JB3 PNP ver 1.3 totally transformed the car - not that the stock 335i was a sloucher, but having had it in my car, it gave me that pure American 'driving swagger' that I could take on just about any other car. And I did...good times! These two were the only upgrades I had on my car, and after I took them off, my car felt like I stepped down to a E90 330i; for my last week of driving, I did not feel as involved nor connected, with that distinctive peanut butter taste in my mouth - I was missing something! So yeah, it's definitely worth to get them, especially if they're 'previously enjoyed' at a great price! So, I'm including EVERYTHING, installation instructions for both, cleaning agents for the DCI, etc, just like they came from the manufacturer. I'm asking $500 OBO for both and I'm willing to part them out. Here are some pics. Enjoy your 335s guys, I am sure missing mine! Cheers mates! Last edited by No_curebimmer; 06-15-2010 at 09:53 PM.. aFE $265 shipped?
Friendly Bump: the aFE DCI is still available! I've used it for approximately 6,000 miles so it's in immaculate shape!

You might wanna lower the price man. **********s had these for sale for like $270 brand new shipped a week ago plus the $25 mail in rebate so $265 for a used one is kinda high. I would say $200 would be a fair asking price.
