Warranty Question.

Warranty question.
My maintenance warranty expires this month (4 years), however my next scheduled maintenance is scheduled for next month (July). If it was just the oil change I wouldn’t have be bothered much, but my brake jobs are due and just the front brake job is about $700 (dealer said). Is there any way I can get out of not paying for the next maintenance and do you think they can waive the cost of brake job for me being that there is just the difference of one month after the warranty expires?
Call me frugal, but if I can get away not paying $700 then I will. Any one had any similar situation where the maintenance was waived?
Any input will be helpful, thanks.

Garage List
Why not just ask your SA? If they say no find an independant mechanic for half the price.

You could also beat the crap out of your brakes for a week and hope the indicator lights up?

I agree with the beating the crap out of your brakes method, I would do that if they won't do it early for you.

how many miles do you have?
maybe like the post above me said. beat the crap out of the brakes. I remember one time i was driving around my neighborhood and decided to slam on the brakes as hard as i could. when i did the brakes service light went on. lol. But it went away when i restarted the car.

Got 42,000 miles on it.
Lol, hitting the brake idea isn't bad but what if I beat the crap out of my brakes and at the end I still don't get the light? Then I'm stuck with shitty brakes (which I think still got plenty of life on them).
I'm looking for a legal alternative. Do you think if I requested the dealer he would do it for me for no cost?

Maybe you should buy the extended maintenance warranty?

or

Take it to a different dealer and tell them that your brakes feel squishy.
