If your tips on your bmw pe are sticking out too much, it means that it was installed bad, theres nothing wrong with the tips and they can't be adjusted.

Yes, I have one. If you don't like the color of your tips, that's one thing...If you don't like your tips because they stick out too far, it means whoever installed your exhaust didn't cut your exhaust line enough.

from the PEs I have seen I think it looks fine. But I know exactly what you are talking about. My exhaust was fine until I got the resonator deleted. some how it looks like the tips stick out further now... maybe it is just me, but i swear it looks different. Sometimes it looks like they are in normal other times like they are out too far. Maybe its just me thinking it is... my neighbors say it looks fine. but it is a pain in the ass.

on to you though, try cyba tips? or magnaflow? or do an ebay search. I dont know a goood place, as I am kind of in the market for some too. but in chrome.

Just trust me. If your tips are sticking out too far, you have to cut your exhaust line a little more. I just adjusted mine recently and brought my tips in about an inch by cutting my line and reattaching the exhaust clamps. Good luck!

i'd have a exhaust shop check out how your muffler is connected with the pipe that replaced your resonator.

when i had my re ikon, the first exhaust shop did not do a good job and the tips were extended out as well. the rubber hangers were not pointing straight down either which basically told me the exhaust was not sitting in the right spot. i went to another muffler shop where they cut off some more of the resonator pipe, reweld, and the muffler and tips finally sat in the right spot.

Mine is like that but I don't mind it.

EDIT:
Mine is actually about 1/4 inch more in than of what yours look like.

Don't the hangers for the muffler decide how it sits?

Are you sure you didn't get an e92 exhaust? e92 exhausts are longer than e90.

My BMW PE tips are almost flush as well...
