LSD install

So I'm new to the 335i and think I want to invest in a LSD. I haven't done too much research yet bit it seems like the main options are Quaife and Wavetrac. So right now my questions are:

Has anyone experience with either?
Does anyone recommend a shop for install? I noticed Sonic Motorsports is an authorized Wavetrac dealer. It's obviously something I want to make sure is done correctly and by an experienced mechanic.

Next mod might be an upgraded intercooler but I'll probably post questions about that later. Thanks!

I had a Quaife back in the day on my Civic and had no problems ... Seth at Sonics is a great and talented guy.

Thanks for the quick response. Not sure how many shops deal with installing differentials. From what I gather it's a worthwhile improvement on performance. It's a bit of a change for me b/c I'm used to driving AWD cars (Audi and VW) lately.
