335 VS M FUNF

The 335i fails yet again Last November i made a thread with a video of my Good friends E60 M5 destroying a fully modded E93 335i with a jb3, exhaust intake DP's, after a couple of hours the thread exploded, almost everyone was saying that a Modded 335i could take on a E60 M5, and the thread kept growing and growing

Well how would a JB3 335I 6spd do against a 2002 M5? Well we just had to find out. My friend recently bought a pristine 2002 M5 with 51k on it

Heres the outcome the 335i lost, The E39 M5 kept pulling on it every race and the 335i had no chance.. I love my 335i, but you just have to admit there is Nothing like an ///M,

Btw the 335 was on Map 5, and also had RED rpi scoops

That 335i is either stock or running map 3..
A stock E39 M5 dynos around 340rwhp and 345wtq it also has a curb weight of about 4,000 lbs.
A JB3 Map 5 335i should make around 350-360rwhp and 360-380wtq so that along with it weighing 500lbs less makes this video look pointless, as that is a stock 335i or a modded M5

Nope the 335i has a JB3 and was on the highest map he could have been on, which i believe he said was map 5... And the E39 was stock like a rock..

We could make a video of the M5 going against my E92 335i which is completely stock , but there truly is no point for that

I can bet my car that one of these is true:

1) something is wrong with the 335i
2) it's stock
3) driver is holding the brake and gas at the same time
4) driver needs modification
4)m5 is NOT stock



The Jb3 335i has more power, less weight, quicker 1/4 mile time than the e39 m5, higher trap speed, and it's losing to this car?

Does that really make sense to anyone?

I raced a stock e39 on the freeway a couple weeks ago. I have muffler delete, intake, GIAC stage 1, and had a full tank of 100 octane. It was some middle age guy who knew what he had. We screwed around a little bit then got side by side. I told him the 3 honk rule and we smashed it...

from a 40 mph roll in 2nd, I instantly pulled a car ahead. I kept on walking on him and by the time I had hit 120 he was 4 cars behind me. He pulled over with me and we talked for a little. He had never been killed that badly by an e90.

Not to mention I raced my buddies M6 from a 40mph roll and he was at my rear bumper at 120. I also raced an e90 M3 and he was at my rear door to 100.

I dunno if this 335i driver sucked or what, but I am not scared of any M on the freeway. I am scared of them around corners and thus am getting the M3 suspension swap, lol.

1) Nothin was wrong with the 335 Jb3 Map 5, full boost past 4k rpm
2) fml its not
3)why would we do that every race?
4)Driver is very good
5) its 100% stock

Not to mention I beat (he was at my rear door) a 390whp camaro SS with every bolt on imaginable from a 30 mph roll to a buck thirty. 335i are underrated. Sorry, this post just flipped a switch on me, lol.

Can the mods just ban this guy? Just go on m5 boards and be the guy without the m5 who knows more about the m5 than the guy with the m5...

...I bet you're happy that there are more m5's in this post than 335i.
