No, they have different part numbers according to www.realoem.com

they are both 240mm though, and the clutch may just be different because it handles more torque. i dont think im going to be able to get much info from the forum on this one

why don't you just cross reference parts on realoem.com

e90 330i clutch:

I checked with dinan who has a lightened flywheel for the n54. They said it won't bolt up to an N52 and I asked UUC and they said that the pressure plate will not bolt up either to the 330/325 gearbox. I'm going off what I heard so I haven't confirmed it myself.
