iDrive update to enable e-mail and SMS compatibility with Blackberry

Does anyone know if BMW has already released the firmware update for the iDrive that adds the functionality which lets your BMW iDrive display and read out-loud E-mails and SMS' from your Blackberry?

In the example below, it's on a 335is, which I got, but mine doesn't work yet - probably needs an update. It better not just work with the Pearl. I have a Bold 9700.

I don't think there's anything I like more... I love my bimmer and I love my blackberry... but when the two come together, magic happens!

To the OP... I would assume it's a feature that will become available once Blackberry OS 6 is released (should be the end of august)

I hope so. I'm on the road most of the time for biz, so this would be quite useful.
