have your wheels balanced and do an alighnment. You should do that anyway after getting wheels from some forum member. during balancing it will be clear if there is a problem with the rims..

as for putting a spacer, i'm not sure if you're kidding.

Hey thanks, I'll get an allignment/balancing done. And I only mentioned spacers because someone suggested for me to put them on because he said that might get rid of the noice/sound. Thanks for the advise. . .

Do you hear the noise when you are turning or going straight?

Check the tires for any unusual wear. Then you might be able to pin point where it is rubbing

I hear it when I do both. I checked the tires, around the fenders, shocks and didn't see any wear at all or any sign of rubbing that's why I wasn't sure what was going on.

check air pressure could cause unusual wear, also get the wheels balanced and aligned properly because this could stop some vibrations etc. i had this same problem on an 09 mini cooper and it went away with some decent balancing. Also one of the rims could have a slight bend causing this

I'm pretty sure you'd have to roll your fenders. I personally think thats the problem. Go to your fenders and feel if it has been rubbed.
