Carfax Request

Hey guys,

Just wondering if any of ya'll have any leftover carfax reports left and can do me a huge favor in running one report for me?

WBAWB73567P024855

By the way, when did they change the setup of carfax from duration based (ie 1 month subscription) to # of usages?

Cheers!

No, just googled the VIN and some company had it
I always get the sellers to provide such a report, if it is clean then they should gladly pay for it and give it to all potential customers...

Oh, and googling the VIN sometimes shows u how many times a car has been on sale and when it was listed, etc.

Good luck...

Carfax is garbage! Really. Info is sometimes incomplete. I did a Carfax on a car recently and it came back clean. Pulled a CarProof on the same vehicle and there was significantly more information on it, including disclosure of an accident repair and claim amount.

Was it a Canadian car?
I think carfax is more targeted towards cars from the states and carproof for Canadians. But if I'm spending that much money for a car I would get both anyways...

for a US car, carfax is best.

for a canadian car, carproof is fine.

but if the car is a US car that is in canada, unfortunately the best way to get a complete picture is to buy both.
