New to BMW World, Have a question about 07 335i running daylights, Help!!

Guys I Just bought 07 335i Sedan. I noticed that day light running lights stays on all the time. Is this the function of 07 335i?? can it be turned off?? I'm trying to replace my OEM Angle lights with Lux 5.0 and I hate to see yellow running lights on all the time.

I'm attaching coulple of shots. Please take a look. I would like to install Lux 5.0 angle lights and only want rings to show. Hope it make sense.

You can turn off your DRL through your I-Drive settings.
