Code P0172 P0175

It's about 2 month now since I had my BMW performance exhaust on.

Few month before that I got the afe intake. (no code was showing)

As soon as I got the exhaust on, the code came on, after that I had someone cleared it and about every two week or so the same code would come back on.... today I finally decided to take it back to the dealer and have them check it out... sooo I put the ome intake box back on so the dealer wouldn't give me shit... went out for a drive to make sure everything is good and guess what? the check engine light went off!! What should I do??
