Recommended tire shops in GTA area?

Hey guys,

Looking to purchase & install tires today or tomorrow and am looking for some preferred shops to take my 335i in to. I'm a bit hesitant to have 'any old shop' install tires on my 19s.

Who do you guys recommend for the best prices (but trust to work on your wheels)?

I'm looking at getting 4 non-runflat performance summer tires put on.

simply tire...been there once...recommended to two friends...all happy.

Yeah a friend of mine recommended Allen but he's closed today so I may just wait until tomorrow and have it done.

+1 awesome guy to deal with too. Took his time with my TPS to make sure he did not damage them.

They're cheap, not as well known, but Scott Fong does a stand-up job for a very good price.

Thanks for all the leads guys!

Seems like Tires23 and simplytire have the best prices and are well known in the enthusiast circle.

Guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow to find out how quickly Allen can get me wheels as Tires23 says it'll be at least 5days as they need to be shipped in

Try calling Megawheelz on Queensway too, or Tirecraft at Concord.

In the past, with my other vehicles I've ordered certain aftermarket parts that were not exact fitments and they did some extraordinary custom fitment and the work was spot on. It's those sorts of things that keep me going back.

knowing where not to go is probably just as important. i do not recommend wheel and tire zone in mississauga.

I had success with Allen @ Simply Tire today. Called him up in the morning and he was one of the few shops that had the tires I wanted in stock. He had me in & out within a few hours and now I'm riding on fresh non-runflat rubber

Highly recommended ... I might be back for winter rubber if I can't pickup a decent used set within the next month or two

Tire Mag - decent prices but watch out for the young guys doing the install. One such young guy butchered my rims and left with four different size chipped on my car last year. Approached Ali and he said his guy is not responsible for the chipped.

Never again at that place, no matter how cheap that place can be.

While expensive doesn't always mean it's good. Cheap is almost never good. The extra $20-30 bucks people save(read: labour cost not tires), give them such a headache..totally not worth it. Not directing this at you by the way, just a general comment about cheaper tire places.
