Good Portland Tint Shop? (Dot Matrix Success?)

Hey guys. Have been speaking with 503 Motoring about getting my tint done. Great price, and they have done a bunch of BMW's, but they just cut the tint below the dot matrix. Anyone know of a good shop in town that has been successful in tinting over the matrix?

you can get away with the dot matrix on side windows - they are not as noticeable until someone points them out. The rear however in most cases for our cars (top of rear window) is blacked out with a blacked out "sticker/decal." Haven't heard of anyone actually tinting over the rear dot matrix.

I've been reading on the forums here that some of the experienced tint shops have some tricks to get it to work. It is rare though.

Does it look weird with the piece cut out up top?

I think mine is tinted over the matrix, I'll have to check and report back. It was tinted when I bought it however...
