e90 335i m3 replica bumper-quad exhaust question

For those out there with a 335i and the rear m3 replica bumper with quad exhaust cutouts....what did you use to convert your exhaust to quad tips? Is there some kind of kit out there that I can't find or is it just a matter of taking it to a muffler shop (or doing it yourself) and having a custom exhaust fabricated to fit? I have a 2007 335i. Please let me know what you guys have done. I am looking to get this bumper in the near future and want to make sure I know what is going to have to happen when I install it.

I'd suggest going custom and running the pipes to the center.
