Winthrop(HWY 20) Run, Saturday Aug 28th
Hey guys,
Few friends and I are heading out to Winthrop and figured i'd invite you ALL on this run. When: Aug 28th Meeting spot: Walmart on 164th ST 1400 164Th St Sw Lynnwood, WA 98087 Time: 9:45AM, leaving at 10AM Duration: 8 hours(All day) Highway 20/North Cascades highway is MAD FUN, actually my favorite road in WA List of folks going: 1. Mookie(E46 M3) 2. Mike(E46 M3) 3. Bryan(E46 M3) 4. Brian(HPF M3) 5. "Tha" Raj(E36 M3) 6. how much time do we spare for this? 3~4 hours or all day? how many miles?

it's quite a drive from Lynnwood. I think from Burlington it's 120 miles to Winthrop.
Probably 2.5-3 hours from Wallyworld to Winthrop if there's not a lot of traffic on 20. |

This is an all day thing(8 hours). Super SUPER SUPER FUN roads guys...i used to take my bike out there a lot and always had fun.
COME ON E9X guys...BMWs were made to be driven on these mighty roads

Quick Update: We will be meeting at the bottom of the parking lot, i should be there little before 9:45 so you'll see my white M there.
As you pull in, there is a Starbucks there so you can get coffee or whatever else. Also, It will be a good idea to have some cash on you, like $20. On my last motorcycle trip out there, my debit card got blocked cuz i was "outside" of my area and it sucked not having cash on me. Im gonna print out a few paper copies of our route and hand it out if anyone wants a paper copy. __________________
