Market in Montreal/Quebec?

Hey guys,
I'm looking to buy a 335/328 coupe this year or next june, I was wondering how much are they going for right now? And in next june? I think the F30 would be announced by then, making the price drop a little?
I checked on a few places like hgregoire and kijiji, but they are ridiculously overpriced in my opinion.
Just wondering if someone who has bought one recently could help out?

The big drop in prices in a BMW occurs when warranty is over,
I would steer clear of HGregoire....
