-what brand headers are there
-does anyone make just headerbacks
-who has the best powergaining headers

Garage List
supersprint is the most costly but will have the best quality and finish. not sure on the 325 but i know on the z4 (same motor as 330i), it still requires the high flow cats for a plug and play install. else your shop will need to throw in an adapter to mate with the oe cats.

honestly, i'd imagine the gain are similar across all the headers, whether they're ebay or supersprints. the only difference is ease of install, one will be less of a hack job over the other. you should expect 15whp with headers.

the headers that craven got were suppose to be plug and play. No welding or modding.

thats not 100% right, they are supposed to be bolt in no issues, but if you look at my install it did take some work to make it fit the 328.

Bud Vlad is installing them in his car, im waiting to see how it goes for him.
