BMW Performance Intake, fuel economy improvement?
I'm considering buying the BMW Performance Intake kit from dtm@heart.
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...ormance+Intake I'm interested in increased fuel economy more than performance. Has anyone seen an improvement? Also, I already installed a K&N air filter. Would this filter work with the Performance Intake kit? Thanks |

The OEM-style K&N filter will work. Fuel economy gains would probably be fairly minor. I'm just going to buy the replica intake on ebay for $300... looks exactly the same and fitment is perfect from what I gather.
