I believe the pics is from Miami, so it's must likely 360 Forged wheels.

I found these wheels... 4k for the set.. a little too rich for my blood. Anyone have any input to a less expensive option.. looking for a 19" with a lip

Those are the 360 Forged Mesh Wheels. For something similar, check out the ADV 8:
